Registration is underway for two new races in Michigan — one held this spring, the second in the fall — organized by MRG partner race Kona Running Company and sponsored by the popular sports bar and restaurant Buffalo Wild Wings. Yep, boneless chicken wings will be available at the finish lines.

Kona Running Company is known for its festive and fun races in Plymouth and Northville, including its Strawberry Run and Chocolate Run.

The Buffalo Wild Wings Wild Race features an 8K and 5K this spring and a 5K this fall. The first BWW Race takes place Sunday, April 2 in West Bloomfield, while the second edition is slated for Sunday, Sept. 24 in Canton. Runners who complete both races will receive a Buffalo Double medal (this medal will be handed out at the finish line tent at the Buffalo Wild Wings® Race in Canton; register for both races — and save $9 — by clicking here »).

The Double Medal runners will receive when completing both the spring and fall races.
