Thankful for cleared paths from Holiday Road to the library. There and back – 12 miles complete.

I thought a lot about the marathon plan I’m following this time around — the Hansons Marathon Method — and I’m eager to see how my efforts to experience “cumulative fatigue” are going to play out throughout training, and most importantly, on race day.

Feeling strong and tired and happy and sore at the moment. It feels right. I am going to take a nap now.

What plan are you following for your training, whether it be for a marathon or other distance? What do you like best about it? What is most challenging?
