Come join three time Olympian and 1984 Bronze Medalist in the Steeple Chase Brian Diemer for this day of races.  Our event has something for everyone:  flat, fast course, 5k run, 5k walk, hand cycle 5k, My Triumph 5k, kid’s 1000m steeple chase, kid’s 200 meter fun run, $9,000 prize money purse, top four age group awards, 6 live bands on the course, Brian’s Band Battle, food, cake, we give to 6 local charities, and also if you beat Brian you can win a donut.
