Join CMU's Physical Therapy Student Organization for the Hero Hustle, a 5k walk/run to raise money for Multiple Sclerosis! All proceeds will be donated to the Michigan Chapter of the National MS Society.
Two different events will be held: a competitive run and a fun run/walk. Medals will be awarded for the top three male and female finishers in the competitive run. Official timing will be provided, giving runners a great opportunity to see where they stand at the beginning of the running season! A raffle will be held during the race, with one free ticket included in each registration; more tickets are available for purchase at the event (1 for $1, 5 for $3, and 10 for $5).
Registration for both events will begin at 8:30am under the pavillion (near the canal). At 9:30am, the competitive run will begin, with the walk/fun run will start with a minute delay after the competitive runners. During the race, the raffle drawing will be held. Following the race, there will be light post-race refreshments and prize presentations.
