Northville High School club, Color My World, is hosting a fundraising 5K Color Run/Fun Walk on 9.22.19 in conjunction with National Suicide Prevention Awareness month to raise funds for peer outreach activities, a mental health resource library, production of a PSA and brochure, enhanced training and more at NHS for more than 2,500 students. Check-in is at 10:30 am, race starts at 11 am, rain or shine, lasts until 2 pm. Registration includes T-shirt, color powder, sunglasses, food, beverages and music by Dj Shon. Mental health resource groups, NAMI, UMatter and U of M Depression Center will be on hand. Onsite raffle as well. First 50 registrants receive free raffle tickets (NHS R#54224). Please keep in mind that although this is primarily Northville HS-centric, you could be saving a life and helping your future doctor, pilot, teacher, EMT, police officer, or family member. This is a hard-working and diligent teen club who works tirelessly to provide support for their peers. Please join us for this critical cause!
